Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Principal IT Solution Architect — NPI & Integration to lead the end-to-end integration architecture across the O2C flow, including Salesforce CPQ, SAP, and provisioning/billing. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in enterprise solution architecture, integration architecture, or technical product development.
• Deep knowledge of Q2C/O2C lifecycles with hands-on integration design across domains.
• Strong Salesforce CPQ proficiency including data models, APIs, triggers, configurations.
• Experience producing formal L2 architecture artifacts for engineering use.
• Expertise in API architectures (RESTful, GraphQL), JSON/XML, and modern patterns.
• Background in database design, multi-system data flows, and architecture-as-code.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end L2 technical system architecture for complex NPI across O2C flow.
• Produce formal architecture diagrams that engineering teams build from.
• Design scalable integrations balancing velocity with financial/technical standards.
• Establish architecture-as-code practices to keep designs current and machine-readable.
• Architect AI-enabled transformation of E2E Q2C workflows and leverage LLMs.
• Define API contracts and interface specs across Salesforce, SAP, and custom engines.
• Mentor engineers on architectural decisions and lead design reviews.
• Develop POCs for novel integrations and automation workflows.
