Job summary

Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study.
• Six or more years of work-related experience, or ten years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Strong project estimation, scheduling, and construction knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide economical services that support safety, productivity, and environmental compliance.
• Direct maintenance activities including major maintenance, preventive and predictive maintenance.
• Oversee indirect maintenance activities such as planning, scheduling, purchasing, and materials management.
• Perform Capital Asset Management coordinating planning, maintenance, and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Fluor’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies.
• Participate in pre-construction FEED and constructability review programs.
• Organize and prioritize projects and tasks to meet deadlines.
