Job summary

Fluor is seeking a Maintenance and Operations Coordinator to oversee the effective execution of maintenance and ops support for small to medium contracts and projects. This role supervises entry-level personnel and/or maintenance supervisors on site.

Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, monitoring risk, conducting client interviews, identifying on-site improvements, and ensuring OSR/OSIP requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Accredited four year degree and four years of related experience, or eight years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious work.
• Prepare scope of work for bid packages and review bids.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and operations support activities for a small to medium maintenance contract or small capital projects.
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and understand project operations.
• Monitor risk and identify significant business risk for Fluor.
• Act as the first line of contact to the Client Plant Manager and maintain client relationships.
• Identify future client requirements and upsell opportunities via on-site assessments and proposed plans.
• Ensure contract and OSR/OSIP requirements are clearly defined and followed by the Fluor team.
• Other duties as assigned.
