Fluor Corporation in Houston is seeking an experienced Maintenance Program Manager to lead small- to mid-size site operations within the Operations & Maintenance function. You will mobilize projects, coordinate site managers, and align work with contract requirements.

You will optimize planning and scheduling, manage risk, and identify value-added opportunities. Strong communication with clients, vendors, and management, plus budget oversight, is essential.

Competenze

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field.
• Seven (7) years of work-related experience or eleven (11) years if non-degreed.
• Ability to communicate with management, coworkers, clients, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Experience in heavy industrial environments preferred.

• Maintain client relationships by regular communication and assessing needs.
• Manage work per contract terms, maximize efficiency and minimize leakage.
• Identify profit/bonus opportunities and assess value-added incentives.
• Plan, schedule, and administer maintenance, modifications and outages.
