Fluor Corporation in Bear River City, UT is seeking a Manager I, O&M Operations to coordinate maintenance and operations support for small to medium sites. You will supervise entry-level staff and coordinate with clients to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates bring a four-year degree with several years of O&M experience, project management skills, and strong communication to drive improvements and manage risks on site.

• Bachelor's degree or global equivalent with 4 years related experience, or 8 years if non-degreed
• Strong communication with management, clients, vendors
• Knowledge of local/state/federal regulations and guidelines
• Attention to detail and time management

Mansioni

• Coordinate maintenance and operations support for small to medium sites/projects
• Supervise entry-level personnel and/or supervisors
• Maintain client relationships through regular communication and feedback
• Monitor and communicate risk per operations leadership
• Conduct quarterly interviews with Client Plant Manager
• Prepare scope of work for bid packages and review bids
• Ensure OSR/OSIP requirements are followed
