Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer - CNC Programming in Greenville, SC. You will develop CNC programs using Siemens NX CAM for complex 5-axis machining and support large-format machines, with Vericut validation and Renishaw probing.

The role includes shop-floor training, troubleshooting, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and efficiency. A hands-on machining mindset and strong problem-solving skills are required.

Qualifications

Minimum 4 years of CNC programming experience.
Experience with 5-axis CNC programs (3+2 or simultaneous).
Experience with Vericut or similar software.
Hands-on machining background with setup and first-piece prove-out.
Ability to read engineering drawings and hold tight tolerances.

Responsibilities

Develop, optimize, and maintain CNC programs using Siemens NX CAM.
Support large-format machining equipment including 5-axis centers.
Validate programs with Vericut and implement Renishaw probing routines.
Provide shop-floor support, operator training, and process improvements.
Lead initiatives to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
