Job summary

You will work on Siemens NX, Vericut, and advanced grinding machines on-site, collaborating with manufacturing engineers to commission equipment and set standards.

The role includes mentoring on the shop floor, validating tooling and toolpaths in digital twin, and ensuring safety and craftsmanship in every setup.

Qualifications

• 4+ years offline CAM programming for 4/5-axis milling and multi-axis grinding.
• Experience machining high-temperature alloys and heavy structural parts with modern controls.
• Proficiency with Renishaw macros and on-machine probing; strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize CNC programs for complex multi-axis setups using high-temperature superalloys.
• Validate code in Vericut digital twin before shop-floor execution.
• Develop adaptive probing routines and closed-loop machining processes.
• Commission new multi-million-dollar machine tools and establish machining standards.
• Mentor floor teams and share knowledge across the cross-functional team.
