Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; one degree must be in nursing.
• Master's degree required; nursing-related preferred.
• Current CT RN license in good standing or ability to obtain.
• Five+ years nursing leadership or development experience.
• Experience with education/orientation programs (in-person and online).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and priority-management skills.
• Ability to lead through influence; effective facilitation and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with LEAN, A3, and Six Sigma concepts.

Responsibilities

• Direct development, evaluation, and standardization of nursing policies and practice standards across settings.
• Analyze system issues and data to identify practice gaps and needs.
• Partner with quality and safety teams to ensure regulatory compliance and best practices.
• Facilitate local and system governance structures to empower nurses.
