This full-time position involves overseeing all nursing home operations, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least five years of management experience in healthcare.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a long‑term care facility.
• Must hold a valid Nursing Home Administrator license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centered care.
• Develop and manage the facility’s budget and financial reporting.
