Job summary

Qualifications

• Valid, unrestricted LNHA license in CA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility.
• Knowledge of skilled nursing home regulations and long-term care laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overall operation of the facility and programs in line with state and federal laws.
• Lead and coordinate management team meetings to address census, clinical health, survey readiness, and resident satisfaction.
• Develop and monitor KPI systems (Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement).
• Manage budgets in collaboration with Business Office Manager and ensure fiscal health.
• Represent the facility publicly and in professional settings with clear, confident communication.
