The position requires a Master's in Nursing, PA RN licensure, and at least five years as a nurse educator, with PhD preferred.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Nursing required.
• State licensure as RN in PA or multi-state licensure through eNLC preferred.
• Five years of experience as a nurse educator.
• PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes an educational model/process to standardize nursing education and ensure compliance with regulatory agencies.
• Organizes and implements a centralized nursing education department.
• Oversees disciplinary actions as needed.
• Plans and manages a culture of professional excellence in patient care.
• Leads teams and drives cultural change with systems thinking.
