Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required for all new hires.
• Requires a current RN license in state of practice.
• Requires BLS certification.
• Two years of clinical management experience.
• Familiarity with hospital leadership and patient care standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage patient-centered nursing care and unit operations with physicians.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives for the department.
• Facilitate communication of system and department initiatives.
• Manage operational and capital budgets and resources.
• Develop staff leadership and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee staffing, onboarding, and retention to build a strong team.
• Lead multiple clinical units and support cross-functional teams.
