Qualifications

• BSN or MSN required for all new hires.

Responsibilities

• Provide managerial and clinical support to patients and staff.
• Lead quality and process improvement initiatives.
• Facilitate communication across system, regional, facility and department initiatives.
• Manage operating and capital budgets and resources.
• Develop staff leadership and career advancement opportunities.
• Oversee hiring, orientation, onboarding and retention.
• Lead large unit(s) and develop entry-level nurse managers while guiding clinical improvement.
