Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Sr. Business Operations Analyst in the Nursing Division to provide advanced financial, workforce, and operational analysis for executive decision-making.

The role builds on the baseAnalyst position, handling complex financial modeling, enterprise-level collaboration, and strategic initiatives. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses, partnering with HR, Finance, and Nursing leadership to align staffing with financial goals and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration is required or equivalent.
• Five or more years of job-related experience are required.
• Experience with data analytics tools (Strata, BRG, Epic, Workday, Shift Wizard, Tableau); Excel must be at least intermediate, preferably expert.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, monitoring, and reconciliation of annual budgets for the Nursing Division.
• Develop labor forecasts, dashboards, and performance reports for workforce strategy.
• Design and deliver complex data analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Lead cross-functional projects to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
• Serve as a liaison between Nursing, Finance, HR, IT, and Revenue Integrity; mentor analysts.
