Job summary

Grady Health System seeks a Nurse Supervisor to provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership within the department. You will have direct supervisory responsibility for nursing and support staff to ensure safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.

The role partners with leadership to achieve goals related to quality, safety, financial stewardship, and workforce development, reporting to the Clinical Staff Manager. Strong clinical assessment and triage skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing is required.
• Active & Clear Georgia nursing license or Multistate license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; PALS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical, operational, and administrative leadership within the department.
• Supervise assigned nursing and support staff.
• Ensure delivery of safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care.
• Support regulatory compliance, staff engagement, and operational efficiency.

Education
