Job summary

Grady Health System is seeking a Sr. Application Analyst to lead the design, build, testing, validation, and ongoing support of Epic HB applications in Revenue Cycle Apps Workflow.

They will gain in-depth knowledge of application functionality and operational workflows to implement future-state processes. Responsibilities include delivering demonstrations, coordinating with teams, maintaining documentation, training staff, testing, and providing on-site support during Go-live events, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 4+ years in information technology or healthcare with Bachelor's.
• Epic Resolute Hospital Billing certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Epic product function, design, and build expertise for implementation.
• Serve as primary resource for design, validation, and build within the assigned area.
• Design future-state workflows by interacting with department representatives to analyze business needs and translate into configuration.
• Develop, maintain documentation and provide training to IT staff and users as appropriate.
• Troubleshoot problems, coordinate system changes, and implement approved changes.
• Review builds and releases; maintain change-control guidelines.
• Collaborate on training programs and assist end-users with proper use of the system.
• Prepare testing scripts and perform testing tasks; document results.
• Support activation plans and production readiness; provide on-site Go-live support.
