The role builds on the baseAnalyst position, handling complex financial modeling, enterprise-level collaboration, and strategic initiatives. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and ad hoc analyses, partnering with HR, Finance, and Nursing leadership to align staffing with financial goals and drive efficiency.

The Sr. Business Operations Analyst - Nursing Division provides advanced financial, workforce, and operational analysis in support of executive decision-making and strategic initiatives. This role builds upon the foundation of the Business Operations Analyst position, taking on greater responsibility for complex financial modeling, operational planning, and enterprise-level collaboration. The Sr. Analyst serves as a key advisor to Nursing and Business Operations leadership, delivering high-level decision support and leading initiatives that improve efficiency, optimize resources, and ensure fiscal accountability.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration
Master's Degree in Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration
Five (5) or more years of job-related experience
Seven (7) or more years of job-related experience
Experience with data analytics tools - Strata, BRG, Epic, Workday, Shift Wizard, Tableau, MUST be intermediate-level at least in Excel, prefer expert-level.
