Qualifications

• Nurse Practitioner degree from an approved program.
• Active, current, full, and unrestricted APN license to practice in the U.S.
• Current board certification in FNP/ANP/AGPCNP/GNP from ANCC, AANPCB, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical practice, consultation, and management.
• Deliver care in Home Based Primary Care (HBPC) and Geriatrics/Extended Care.
• Lead interdisciplinary collaboration to improve veteran patient care.
