Job summary

Central Health is seeking a Sr. Nurse Manager to lead clinical patient care across nursing, medical assistants, and technicians. You will partner with triad leadership to align staff, processes, and budgets with organizational goals and ensure timely, high-quality, cost-efficient care.

The role involves population health management, staff education, onboarding, and adherence to regulatory standards. Onsite responsibilities may span multiple locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• RN license in the state of Texas (or eligible).
• BSN preferred for leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with care teams to optimize outcomes.
• Analyze population health data to improve workflows.
• Lead clinical staff including nursing, MAs, and technicians.
• Manage staff onboarding, training, and performance evaluations.
• Oversee equipment, infection control, and regulatory compliance.
• Support provider teams and patient flow through triage and coordination.
