Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in patient care delivery.
• BSN required; licensed as a Registered Nurse in California at hire.
• Minimum four years of leadership experience, with or without direct reports.
• BLS certification required at hire.
• PALS certification or ANCC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implement best practice models and patient care delivery systems.
• Collaborate with physicians and health care teams to ensure safe, high-quality patient care.
• Oversee administrative functions, budgeting, staffing, and safety compliance in units.
• Monitor resource needs and ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Nursing Practice Act, TJC, and regulatory requirements.
