Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; leadership experience preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license (Oregon) required at hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required at hire

Responsibilities

• Provides development opportunities and coaching to staff to drive performance.
• Manages hospital administrative functions to support patient care and compliance.
• Oversees care delivery operations in a 24/7 environment to ensure quality.
• Ensures safety, quality, and standardized care across the unit.
