Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN/MBA preferred or pursued within 3 years.
• Current R.N. license in Ohio.
• BLS certification; additional ED/ICU certifications preferred.
• Minimum 5 years nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the unit's financial operations, ensuring budget oversight and revenue generation.
• Oversee HR activities including hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Drive performance improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure integration and use of technology in patient care and nursing practices.
• Lead strategic initiatives, fostering change management and shared decision making.
• Develop and implement staff development and retention strategies.
• Cultivate relationships and influence behaviors to promote professional development.
• Champion diversity in staffing and patient care settings.
• Demonstrate accountability in all responsibilities.
• Other duties as assigned.
