Job summary

Qualifications

• BSN degree required.
• MSN or MBA/MHA/MPH or equivalent must be completed within 3 years of hire.
• Currently licensed to practice as an Ohio RN.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the unit's budgeting, ensuring effective oversight of expenses and revenue.
• Manage staffing, recruitment, coaching and performance management for staff.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives focused on quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure effective integration and use of technology in patient care and nursing practices.
• Drive change management and collaborative decision-making to align unit goals with organizational strategy.
• Develop and implement staff development and retention strategies to boost engagement.
• Promote diversity in staffing and patient care settings.
• Demonstrate accountability across responsibilities.
