Edward Elmhurst Health's Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL, seeks a Clinical Nurse Manager for CVICU and MICU. This on-site, full-time role requires IL licensure, a BSN, and 3 years’ clinical leadership; master’s preferred. You will oversee nursing practice, performance improvement and unit fiscal management.

You will hold 24/7 accountability, promote patient safety and experience, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a team of nurses and support staff while guiding professional development.

Formación

• Licensed registered nurse in IL.
• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required; Ortho cert a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Hold 24/7 accountability for nursing practice, development, performance improvement, and fiscal management for the unit.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies and standards.
