Job summary

Edward Elmhurst Health is seeking an RN for the CVICU at Glenbrook Hospital in Glenview, IL. The role is full-time (36 hours/week) on nights (7pm-7:30am) with rotating weekends. IL license, BSN preferred, and BLS/CPR required; 1 year hospital experience preferred; ECMO/Impella experience preferred.

Qualifications

• IL RN license required.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required for Healthcare Provider.
• Minimum 1 year hospital nursing experience preferred.
• ECMO or Impella pump experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to CVICU patients using the nursing process.
• Plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in practice.
• Direct unlicensed staff in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety and high-quality patient experience.
