Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
• Current Iowa RN license is required (IL license if working in IL).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within three months of hire.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training for Child and Dependent Adult Abuse within six months of hire.
• Specialty practice certification is preferred.
• Collaborative, shared leadership environment experience required.
