Responsibilities

• Maintain current nursing license and knowledge of patient care requirements.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and support to the patient care team.
• Coordinate transfers and admissions as the point of contact.
• Ensure staffing levels support safe patient care.
• Communicate hospital information clearly to staff.
• Model professional, respectful environment for patients and staff.
• Act as clinical resource and validator per unit competency plans.
• Assist in safety plan execution and incident response as needed.
