Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs ongoing assessment of physiologic, psychological and cognitive status of critically ill patients.
• Develops and implements goal-directed care plans based on nursing diagnoses.
• Monitors patient responses and promptly communicates changes to the provider.
• Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and facilitate timely evaluation, treatment, transfer or discharge.
