Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document daily patient care.
• Identify nursing diagnoses and develop individual care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments per policies and standards.
• Perform routine technical procedures in the assigned specialty.
• Provide patient/family education and health promotion.
• Coordinate care and delegate appropriately within the inter-disciplinary team.
• Maintain safety, accuracy, and quality in nursing documentation.
