Qualificações

• BSN from an accredited nursing program.
• Current and unrestricted RN license.
• Minimum 10 years of clinical nursing experience.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership or management experience.
• Strong background in critical care, ICU/CCU or related acute care settings.
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems and healthcare technology.

Responsabilidades
