BayCare Health System in Lakeland, FL, is seeking an Administrator Home Health to lead the BayCare Home Care – Lakeland agency. You will oversee planning, scheduling, staffing, and delivery of patient care, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal rules, including JCAHO.

Qualifications

• RN license required with an Associate degree in Nursing.
• Three years in a supervisory role in a related field and three years of home care experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, staff, coordinate, and deliver routine patient care for a designated agency with >$10M revenue.
• Lead quarterly quality improvement meetings with DON and PCS; review patient satisfaction data and follow-up on surveys.
• Address identified deficiencies in a timely manner and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Ensure documentation and communication with Corporate Responsibility on complaints.
