Position Summary

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) ,demonstrated nursing management experience, and a strong background in critical care nursing. This role is responsible for overseeing nursing operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, managing staff performance, and promoting high-quality patient care outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
