Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 7–10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within commercial and DOE nuclear, engineering, construction.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building with passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning through onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies for critical hiring initiatives.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and technical requirements.
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping, and competitive insights to leaders.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, associations, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Build pipelines across nuclear industry including DOE, commercial nuclear, advanced reactors, EPC, and government contractors.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and teams.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and document recruiting activities accurately.
