Job summary

Kiewit is seeking a Sr Talent Acquisition Advisor to develop and execute recruiting strategies across commercial and DOE nuclear industries. You will partner with hiring managers and HR teams to hire engineers, project managers, and technical professionals for nuclear, DOE, and related projects, building strong pipelines and managing complex searches.

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting within commercial and DOE nuclear, engineering, construction, energy, industrial, manufacturing, and/or DOE environments.
• Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from workforce planning and sourcing through offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Develop and execute targeted recruiting strategies to support critical hiring initiatives and project staffing demands.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, technical requirements, and long-term talent objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and talent mapping to business leaders.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, associations, referrals, events, and direct outreach.
• Build talent pipelines across nuclear industry including DOE, commercial nuclear, advanced reactors, EPC, and government contractors.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Manage applicant tracking systems and document recruiting activities accurately.
