Job summary

X Energy, LLC is seeking a seasoned Plant Security Analyst to support the Xe-100 project in Rockville, MD. The role focuses on physical protection, access authorization, and fitness-for-duty program management for both construction and operating facilities.

Key duties include developing security plans, managing SGI access, and overseeing security system infrastructure. You will work with contractors and regulators to ensure compliance and effective defense strategies against threats.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management or related field.
• Expert understanding of NRC regulatory requirements, including physical protection and SGI management.
• Advanced experience in development and implementation of security plans, access control programs, and fitness for duty programs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Plant Security management in creating and implementing security plans for the construction phase of the Xe-100 plant.
• Support development and implementation of Access Authorization and Fitness for Duty programs for construction and operation.
• Collaborate in creating and executing a comprehensive training and qualification program for security personnel.
