Qualificações

• 5+ years in product management or related technical roles for complex products.
• Experience with nuclear reactor technology or engineered systems.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience working with engineered systems.
• Ability to translate customer, business, or operational needs into requirements.
• Experience guiding technical work from concept to deployable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to operate independently in fast-moving environments.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for reactor technology products, capabilities, and applications.
• Develop clear product visions, value propositions, business cases, and deployment strategies.
• Work with customers, partners, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to translate needs into requirements.
• Partner with engineering to define product functionality, interfaces, performance objectives, and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps linking technical development with deployment objectives.
• Guide reactor technology products from concept through design, development, validation, and deployment.
• Establish development plans, decision points, maturity criteria, and success measures.
• Lead cross-functional trade studies on performance, safety, cost, licensing, manufacturability, and value.
• Coordinate across functions to maintain alignment and execution.
• Communicate priorities and progress to leadership and stakeholders.
