Job summary

Oklo is seeking a Product Manager for the New Product Introduction team, focusing on nuclear reactor products. The role requires translating ideas into deployable products and guiding them from concept through development, validation, and deployment.

The position works across engineering, licensing, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams, demanding strong technical judgment and the ability to trade off performance, cost, schedule, and safety while delivering customer value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related roles for complex technical products.
• Experience with nuclear reactor technology in design, safety, licensing, or operations.
• Engineering degree or equivalent with hands-on engineering exposure.
• Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Experience guiding work from concept to deployable solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for reactor product offerings.
• Develop product visions, value propositions, and deployment strategies.
• Translate customer needs into actionable product requirements.
• Define functionality, interfaces, performance objectives, and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligning tech and commercial goals.
• Lead cross-functional trade studies on performance, safety, cost, and licensing.
