Job summary

Oklo Inc in Santa Clara, CA seeks a Product Manager for the New Product Introduction team focused on nuclear reactor products. This is a highly technical role bridging engineering, licensing, manufacturing, and commercial teams to translate ideas into deployable products.

You will work across functions to establish the product vision, define requirements and success criteria, and guide development from concept to deployment while balancing performance, cost, schedule, and regulatory constraints.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or related tech role developing complex technical products.
• Experience with nuclear reactor technology in design, safety, licensing, construction, or operations.
• Engineering degree or equivalent with hands-on experience in engineered systems.
• Ability to translate needs into product requirements and priorities.
• Experience guiding technical work from concepts to deployable solutions.
• Ability to understand complex technical info and tradeoffs.
• Experience coordinating across multiple technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate opportunities for products, capabilities, and applications of Oklo nuclear reactor technology.
• Develop clear product visions, value propositions, business cases, and deployment strategies.
• Work with customers, partners, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders to translate needs into product requirements.
• Partner with engineering teams to define functionality, interfaces, performance objectives, and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain product roadmaps connecting technical development with commercial opportunities.
