Job summary

Responsibilities include scheduling activities, maintaining life-cycle and outage project schedules, integrating Passport and Primavera, informing project managers, tracking progress, managing critical path, and presenting status updates to stakeholders and senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling projects in a nuclear or regulated industrial environment.
• Strong understanding of project scheduling best practices.
• Proficiency with Primavera and Passport scheduling tools.
• Ability to interpret project scope, risk, and execution constraints.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to interface across multidisciplinary teams.

• Tracking progress, managing critical path and float, and resolving schedule conflicts and delays
• Supporting long-range planning strategies for assigned projects
• Preparing and presenting written and verbal status updates to stakeholders and senior management
• Supporting the Station Self-Assessment and Corrective Action Program
