  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Alignment: Collaborate with engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning & testing, regulatory, and project controls teams to collect inputs, define task dependencies, and maintain open communications in support of schedule maintenance and reporting.
  • Contractor & Subcontractor Schedule Oversight: Provide oversight of planning and scheduling activities of contractors and technology providers. Evaluate subcontractor schedules for required workarounds or potential schedule improvements.
  • Risk Identification & Recovery Planning: Identify schedule constraints and activities with critical or potential impact on the schedule. Analyze schedule performance, proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, recommend mitigation strategies, and develop recovery plans.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor critical paths and milestones, track progress against baseline schedules, and generate reporting dashboards to communicate schedule updates and forecasted outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Experience
