Job summary

AECOM seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead complex nuclear power generation projects across the United States. This role drives project success, safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance while pursuing new work opportunities with clients in a seller–doer model.

The position offers remote work flexibility and locations across Energy offices, with hybrid work options. Ideal candidates bring extensive nuclear project experience and strong leadership in cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering projects in nuclear power generation
• Proven track record for scope, schedule, and budget accountability
• Experience with safety culture, QA, configuration management and document rigor
• Proven client-facing leadership and pursuits/supports of proposals
• Ability to meet site access requirements when required by client

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of nuclear power generation projects
• Establish delivery approach, governance, and execution plans
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors
• Drive interface management across plant stakeholders
• Ensure regulatory and quality compliance and audit readiness
• Own project financial performance including budgeting and forecasting
• Provide clear internal and client reporting and risk management
• Support capture activities and pipeline development
