Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex nuclear power generation projects across multiple U.S. locations. The role emphasizes strong safety culture, regulatory compliance, and business development through a seller–doer model.

You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee QA programs, and coordinate with clients to identify and pursue new opportunities, while safeguarding project scope, cost, and schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 8 years of experience delivering projects in the nuclear power generation industry.
• Proven client-facing leadership and experience supporting pursuits/proposals or expanding client scope.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of nuclear power generation projects.
• Establish delivery approach, governance, and execution plans to align with client expectations.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors.
• Drive interface management across plant stakeholders and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide clear internal and client reporting and manage project risk and budget.
