Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex nuclear power generation projects across the United States. This role combines technical leadership with client relationship management to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and budget goals are met.

The position offers hybrid work with remote flexibility and opportunities to work from multiple Energy offices. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, drive governance, and pursue follow-on work with nuclear clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• 8 years experience delivering nuclear power projects.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, and budget.
• Experience with safety culture and QA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of nuclear power generation projects across multiple sites.
• Establish delivery approach, governance, and execution plans.
• Direct multi-disciplinary teams and manage subcontractors/vendors.
• Drive interface management across plant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements.
