Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in Clinton, Illinois, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Maintenance Division activities and coordinate with schedulers, planners, and regulators to ensure safe and efficient work.

You will mentor personnel, enforce CEC procedures, and contribute to outage planning and training programs, with opportunities to advance within a large, integrated energy portfolio.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years of related experience.
• Associates degree with 4 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree with 2 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure maintenance is performed safely by qualified workers.
• Coach, mentor and manage performance; initiate disciplinary action as needed.
• Communicate significant CEC and personnel issues to Maintenance Manager and teams.
• Ensure effective communication of programs, policies, and feedback between employees and the company.
• Support work control coordination, scheduling, and engineering meetings for outages and online activities.
• Administer maintenance processes, training, surveillance, and CAP; identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise vendor inspections and repair of CEC equipment; ensure proper procurement of materials and M&TE.
• Participate in Maintenance Department management to support safe, efficient operation and outage activities.
