Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher with related experience
• Associate's degree in a technical discipline with related experience
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with related experience

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure safe and effective maintenance activities
• Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management
• Coordinate with schedulers/planners for outage activities and work control
• Support training, procedure revisions and CAP for continuous improvement
• Participate in maintenance department management and outages
