Job summary

Constellation Energy Corp. in Illinois is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the Maintenance Division, coordinating scheduling, training, and safe execution of work to meet corporate and regulatory requirements.

You will supervise craft personnel, administer coaching and performance management, and work with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective maintenance and outage support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 6 years related experience OR
• Associate degree in a technical discipline with 4 years related experience OR
• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 2 years related experience
• Maintain minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements and favorable medical examination/testing

Responsibilities

• Supervise craft personnel to ensure maintenance activities are performed safely and effectively by qualified workers
• Administer coaching, mentoring and performance management including disciplinary actions
• Communicate effectively with Maintenance Manager and CEC management and foster collaboration with internal and external organizations
• Participate in work control coordination, scheduling and engineering meetings for outages and related activities
• Support maintenance processes, training, surveillance, procedure revisions and Corrective Action Program (CAP) to improve work practices
