Job summary

Constellation is hiring for an Operations Instructor or Sr Operations Training Instructor at LaSalle Station in Marseilles, IL. Qualifications

• Requires knowledge of nuclear plant operations and training methods.
• Experience in Reactor Operator or SRO training is preferred.
• Must be able to develop and conduct effective training and evaluations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct performance-based training programs for Reactor Operators and Non-Licensed Operators.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with regulatory and INPO standards.
• Assist in audits and implement training program improvements.
• Support outage activities and emergency preparedness duties.
