Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking a Principal Project Manager to lead digital I&C upgrades across the Americas. You will oversee scope, schedule, cost, risk, and resources with accountability for safe, high-quality, profitable delivery, while driving stakeholder satisfaction.

Based at Warrendale, PA, this hybrid role requires on-site presence 2-3 days per week and collaboration with GOS engineering, procurement, and contracts teams to deliver competitive proposals and execution plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years progressive experience leading complex I&C projects in the nuclear industry.
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is desirable or to be completed within 1 year.
• Westinghouse Advanced Project Manager qualification to be completed within a designated time period.
• Base salary range is $103,200 to $129,000 per year.

Responsibilities

• Manage and integrate all aspects of project including scope, schedule, cost, risk, procurement, quality, resources, communications, and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all contractual commitments and improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Complete all aspects of established project planning processes per the Westinghouse Project Management Requirements (WPMR).
• Coordinate project communications to inform team, customer, and stakeholders of status.
• Identify improvement or recovery opportunities to promote successful project delivery.
• Provide accurate forecasts for financial performance, backlog, and resource demand; use levers to maximize profitability.
• Collaborate with Contract Managers to interpret and transmit requirements and manage changes.
• Work with GOS engineering, resource, and supply chain teams to deliver project commitments.
