Job summary

Westinghouse Electric Company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the Dukovany Safety Class 1E I&C upgrade. This hybrid role, based in Cranberry Township, PA, features full ownership of scope, schedule, cost and commercial outcomes, reporting to the Senior Program Manager for I&C Safety Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a technical discipline related to project management, engineering or construction.
• 10+ years of project management experience leading high-complexity projects with cost, schedule and commercial accountability.
• May consider 5+ years in a technical/engineering lead role plus 5+ years as a project manager equivalent.
• Proven ability to analyze information and make sound decisions in complex situations.
• Knowledge of PMI Project Management Body of Knowledge and applying it with good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Hold full accountability for cost, schedule, quality, and technical performance of the program.
• Drive day-to-day execution and meet quality, schedule and financial commitments.
• Directly manage program manufacturing performance, including quality and on-time delivery.
• Ensure sub-projects are delivered within budget and take corrective action as needed.
• Lead, coach, and direct technical and administrative personnel; remove obstacles to performance.
• Own customer and stakeholder relationships across cross-functional teams and suppliers to drive successful completion.

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Construction Management, or related technical discipline
