AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior Design Engineer Energy for a remote role based out of Oak Ridge, TN. You will lead chemical process design for nuclear facilities, overseeing technical work and guiding project teams to milestones.

You will apply deep discipline knowledge, coordinate with management and clients, and ensure compliance with design codes and standards while optimizing safety and performance across facilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or similar discipline.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required, with multi-jurisdiction eligibility.
• 15+ years of experience; typical incumbent has 20–25 years.
• Expert knowledge of chemical process design for nuclear facilities.
• Familiarity with ASME B31.3, ISA-5.1, NRC 10 CFR standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead chemical process engineering discipline on projects for nuclear facilities.
• Provide technical direction and ensure design quality and constructability.
• Review designs, lead site walkdowns, and support construction and startup.
• Interface with management and clients as technical authority.
